第一回ビジネス研究会（2016年4月8日）The 1st Business Study Group (April 8, 2016)

かねてより留学生から、日本のビジネス最前線のお話を聞きたいという、希望がありました。そこで、日本の文化、伝統、思考様式について話し合う定例会とは別に、ビジネス研究会を開催することになりました。

今日は、その第一回目です。講師は、当理事の倉科信吾氏にご担当いただきました。倉科氏は経済専門誌、中部経済新聞の津支局長です。「新聞記者の日々の活動」と題して、新聞記者の1日の動きをお話しいただきました。また、業界の抱える課題、新聞記者ならではの醍醐味、ネット社会における新聞の行方などについても触れていただきました。

取材する中で、世の中には大学の経営学では学べない、ユニークな経営手法が存在すること、また、近年、企業社会がサラリーマン化することで、個性ある経営者をほとんど見かけなくなったというお話は印象的でした。

講演後、留学生から様々な質問が出ました。定例会で、日本人の思考様式について学んだ上で、業界の第一線の方々のお話を聞くことで、さらに深く日本社会を理解していくことでしょう。

The International students are very interested in having discussion with the forefront of Japanese business. Therefore, we decided to hold a business study group to discuss Japanese culture, traditions, and ways of thinking. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Shingo Kurashina, our director.

Mr. Kurashina is the director of the Tsu branch of the Mid-Japan Economist, an economic magazine. He talked about the daily activities of newspaper reporters under the title of “Daily activities of newspaper reporters”. He also touched on the issues facing the industry, the real thrill of newspaper reporters, and the whereabouts of newspapers in the Internet.

After the lecture, various questions were asked by international students. After learning about the Japanese way of thinking at regular meetings, they will be able to deepen their understanding of Japanese society by listening to the stories of people at the forefront of the industry.
